I’m a young teacher. My experience is only 3 years, but I feel a big responsibility for my actions. I work as a teacher in a Primary School n. 255, in class 0. There are 27 children in my class, and everyone of them is one of a king. I want to support their abilities and talents, and to inspire them with myself.

Worshop with ms. Agata Steczkowska, I honestly think, that it was one of the most inspiring meetings that I experienced in my life. In those two fruitful meetings I learned a lot of interesting ideas that support development and musicality in children. We discussed as well many theoretical and practical topics. Thanks to a immense experience of ms. Agata I learned as well numerous methods to cope with difficulties situations that can happen in my work.

Meetings took place in a very nice and supporting atmosphere. Everyone could exchange his thoughts, experiences, doubts etc. From this kind of discussions one can take really a lot.

I think that meeting on this level are needful. Investing in teachers we invest in our country and our society. I don’t understand why an information so valuable – information about the workshop – didn’t made trough to colleagues working in other establishments of South Praga. I am sure I they’d only knew they would happily take an opportunity like this. Maybe it’s important to take a look at the flow of information  – very valuable information.

I dream about a whole cycles of meetings like this because the potential that is awakened in those meetings is necessary for every teacher to live, like the air. If one can give wings, support and charge teachers accumulators then it’s exactly thanks to meetings with people on a high level like ms. Agata, who teaches and motivates with all of herself – her personality, experience, personal culture, sense of humour, self-confidence, involvement and a whole more trait that every student should meet in his teacher.

Thank you very much for what already happened and I appeal for more!!!!!
